SliceSense is provided by Eugene Fozekosh, an independent developer (“we”, “us”). Contact us at eugene.dev.apple@gmail.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our iPhone game.
Game data on your device
The app stores campaign progress, stars, scores, first-attempt accuracy, daily challenge results, preferences, and recovery saves locally on your device. We do not operate an account service or a cloud service for your game progress. Player names typed for a Party match are kept only for that match; they are not saved or sent anywhere. Your device’s Apple backup settings may separately affect device backups.
Reset Progress clears local progress, daily results, and statistics while retaining settings and purchase access. Deleting the app may remove its local data. A restored purchase does not restore level progress.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Apple processes payments. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore access, maintain full-game entitlements, and understand purchase activity through its dashboard. We do not receive your payment card details.
This integration uses a randomly generated RevenueCat app user identifier, not a SliceSense login. RevenueCat processes purchase and transaction information, product identifiers, purchase status, and technical information needed to deliver its service, such as app/platform details and locale. Network services also receive information needed to handle their requests, including an IP address. We do not send names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, or gameplay scores to RevenueCat through this integration.
Purchase records are stored outside your device. Resetting progress or deleting the app does not automatically delete records held by Apple or RevenueCat, or cancel an existing purchase. Those records may be retained as needed to provide restoration, prevent fraud, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Contact us about requests relating to data we control; Apple handles requests about its own records.
See RevenueCat’s privacy information and Apple’s privacy information for their practices.
Optional diagnostics and support
Local diagnostics are off by default. If enabled, a rolling log of up to 5,000 gameplay events stays on your device. Turning the option off clears that log. Nothing is automatically uploaded from this log. You can export it and choose a recipient through the system share sheet. Review the export before sharing it. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond and investigate the issue.
Advertising and tracking
SliceSense contains no advertisements. We do not sell personal information or use this integration to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising. Purchase analytics are separate from the optional local gameplay diagnostics.
This website
The SliceSense website does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising or optional analytics cookies. The hosting provider necessarily processes basic request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the pages. If you use the App Store link, Apple handles your visit under its own privacy policy.
Purposes, rights, and international processing
We use purchase information to provide paid access and restoration, maintain reliable service, prevent fraud, and understand purchase performance. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, service delivery and our legitimate interests in reliability, fraud prevention, and understanding sales support these activities; we obtain consent where legally required.
Service providers may process information in countries outside yours. Applicable protections and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and your region. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, receive a copy of personal data, withdraw consent where relevant, and complain to your local data protection authority. Contact eugene.dev.apple@gmail.com to exercise these rights. We may need information to verify and locate your request; never send your Apple Account password or payment card details.
Children
The app has no public profiles, chat, or user submissions. We do not intentionally request children’s contact details. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied personal information to us can contact eugene.dev.apple@gmail.com. Purchases remain subject to Apple’s purchase and parental controls.
Updates and contact
We will update this policy when practices change and revise its effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions: eugene.dev.apple@gmail.com. Provider: Eugene Fozekosh.
